All-On-4® implants are made from strong and biocompatible titanium, and can last a lifetime with good care. The replacement teeth attached to the implants may need to be replaced after a number of years due to normal wear, damage or staining. How long a bridge lasts depends on the material it’s made from and how well it’s cared for, but you can generally expect a titanium-reinforced acrylic bridge to last between 2–5 years or a titanium-reinforced zirconia bridge to last 10–15 years or more.
